Helen Williams is the Programme Manager for the Carosika Collaborative. She has worked in public services for over 10 years, primarily in contracting and service design roles supporting Care and Protection and community support initiatives. Helen is a part-time Postgraduate Psychology Student and is passionate about improving mental health care for wāhine and whānau. She was born and raised in Auckland, where she still lives, with her husband and two daughters.
